Maes-Y-Neuadd dates from the 14th century and the name of it translates to "Mansion in the Meadow". This house is now a country house hotel and you can rent out the haunted bedroom called the Morfa Suite.

The ghost that haunts this bedroom was a sweet nursemaide and she wears a long gown and mobcap. She does not frighten people, but rather tries to calm them and lull them to sleep much like she did when she was of this earth.
