Mirian, Miriam, Miriam
Once owned by Iazzk Walton who wrote
the book The Compleat Anger in 1653 which celebrated
the catching and cooking of fish and the love of the
English Countryside. The ghost at this cottage has been
nicknamed Miriam although her real name is unknown but
she does not tolerate things out of the oridinary and
that includes the home being opened to people outside
of its normal hours. Miriam is known to turn lights and
other electical equipment on at her whim and people can
feel her presense by a distinct drop in temperature.
She is mild mannered though and people do not fear her,
but rather welcome her presence in the home. |
