Annabelle Cries

Arreton Manor goes back to at least 872. During the reign of Elizabeth 1 the manor was owned by Barnaby Leigh. It seems that on his deathbed his son, impatient to inherit his fathers fortune decided to help him along and so he smothered him. Much to his dismay he turned around and found his young sister Annabelle had watched the entire thing. He decided at that point that the best thing for him to do was to fling his sister from an upstiars window to her death.

Annabelle still roams Arreton Manor and looks to be about 8 years old with curly blonde hair and a long dress. She roams the hallways and is often heard calling out to her mother saying "Mamma, mamma!"
